Abstract Submission Instructions

We will be accepting text-based abstracts of up to 350 words in length. The abstract submission system will provide text boxes in which you can populate the title, authors, affiliations & abstract body. Special characters are available for the abstract body.

Who should submit the abstract?

The presenting author should submit the abstract, please notify us if this isn't possible.

To avoid possible scheduling conflicts, only one abstract per 1st named author are permitted.

By default, the 1st named author is the presenting author.

To assist in scheduling, please select a main theme to which your work best aligns

Authors & Affiliations

Multiple additional authors may be defined. First name, last name and the email address of all authors must be included. If one of the additional authors is presenting alongside the

1st author, please tick the presenting box.

Multiple affiliations may be identified for the authors of the abstract. You must include the institution name.

Affiliations will be automatically numbered, so please enter them in an appropriate order based on your author list.

Previewing and submission

You can save a partially or fully completed abstract prior to submission. You can go back and edit abstracts prior to submission.

Once an abstract is submitted, it may not be edited.
